By accessing or using the KJEmpirePayz platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users who interact with this Platform in any capacity.
2. Description of Service
KJEmpirePayz is an internal payments and checkout platform operated exclusively by DevelopingRiches, Inc. for the purpose of processing payments for the company's own consumer brands. It does not constitute a public marketplace or retail storefront. Access is limited to transactions initiated through DevelopingRiches, Inc.'s authorized brand channels.
3. Payment Processing
All payment card transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's own Terms of Service, available at stripe.com/legal. By submitting payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms. DevelopingRiches, Inc. does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.
4. Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of the specific brand or product through which the transaction was initiated. To request a refund or dispute a charge, contact support@empirepayz.com with your order reference number. You also retain the right to dispute charges directly with your card issuer.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
- Submit fraudulent payment information.
- Circumvent any security or fraud-prevention controls.
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials displayed on this Platform are the property of DevelopingRiches, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DevelopingRiches, Inc. does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevelopingRiches, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
